The Baileigh BS-24SA-DM Dual Mitering Semi-Automatic Horizontal Bandsaw is a heavy-duty industrial metal-cutting machine designed for fabrication shops, machine shops, steel service centers, and production facilities. Powered by a robust 5 HP motor and equipped with a dual-miter swivel head, this bandsaw delivers precise and efficient cutting of large structural materials, pipe, tubing, and solid stock.

Featuring a semi-automatic hydraulic system, the BS-24SA-DM automatically controls the vise clamping, cutting feed, and saw head return functions, reducing operator fatigue while increasing productivity. The saw head can miter 60° left and 60° right, allowing complex angle cuts without repositioning the material. Its large cutting capacity of up to 18 inches round and 17 x 24 inches rectangular makes it ideal for demanding industrial applications.

Constructed with a heavy-duty cast iron bow, carbide blade guides, hydraulic descent control, and a welded steel frame, the BS-24SA-DM provides exceptional rigidity, accuracy, and long-term durability for continuous production environments.
