The ESAB Rebel EMP 205ic AC/DC (0558102553) is one of ESAB’s most advanced portable multi-process inverter welders, designed for MIG, Stick, DC TIG, and full AC TIG welding (including aluminum).

Unlike the non-AC Rebel models (215ic / 235ic), this version includes true AC TIG capability, making it suitable for aluminum fabrication, precision TIG work, and general workshop fabrication in one compact machine.

It operates on 120V or 230V single-phase power, giving it strong flexibility for both workshop and jobsite use. The system also includes ESAB’s sMIG adaptive MIG technology, which automatically adjusts arc behavior for smoother welds and easier setup
