RM-453-V

STIHL RM 453 V 51 cm Variable Speed Gas Mower

The STIHL RM 453 V is a high-capacity residential petrol lawn mower designed for homeowners who need strong cutting performance, variable speed control, and durability for large lawns and sloped terrain. It is part of STIHL’s RM 4xx series, built for efficient mowing with comfort-focused handling and multi-function cutting capability.

Powered by a 166cc STIHL EVC 300.1 4-stroke engine, it delivers reliable starting, stable torque, and consistent performance for medium to large residential gardens. The standout feature is its Vario self-propel drive system, which allows you to continuously adjust walking speed between approximately 2.4–4.2 km/h depending on terrain and user preference.

Unlike smaller 18-inch entry mowers, the RM 453 V uses a 51 cm (20 inch+) cutting deck, making it significantly more efficient for larger areas. It also supports 4-in-1 cutting modes: collection, side discharge, rear discharge, and mulching.
